1. Parking

1.1. Is there parking available at the hotel?

Parking is available for hotel customers in its courtyard (access from Pilsonu Street). When approaching a liftable barrier, the car number is automatically read and the barrier rises. If there are no free spaces in the parking lot, the barrier will not rise. The nearest free parking lots are located on Juras street and in the large parking lot opposite the Majoru station.

1.2.And what is the price?

Hotel parking prices:

  • for guests staying at the hotel – 5 EUR per day,
  • for customers visiting the hotel – 2 EUR/h for the first three hours, starting from the 4 hour 0.50 EUR/h.

1.3. Do I need to reserve a parking space?

Places in the hotel parking lot are not reserved in advance and are provided upon availability.

2. Saunas & pool center Wellness Oasis

2.1. Do I need reserve a visit to the sauna and swimming pool center?

No, you don't need to make a reservation.

2.2.  How much does it cost to visit Wellness Oasis?

For adults:

  • On working days - 25 EUR / 2 h. 30 min.
  • On weekends and public holiday’s  - 30 EUR / 1 h 30 min.

For children (4-12 years):

  • On working days - 12 EUR / 2 st. 30 min.
  • On weekends and public holiday’s - 15 EUR / 1 st. 30 min.
  • Children up to 4 years old - free of charge.

 Every next 30 min additionally pay 8 EUR on working days, 10 EUR on weekends.

2.3. What are the working hours of the Wellness Oasis sauna and pool center?

Sun. - Thu. 08:00-22:00
Fri. - Sat. 08:00-23:00

3. Spa & beauty center

3.1.  What are the working hours of the SPA and beauty center?

 The SPA and beauty center is open every day from 10.00 to 20.00.

3.2. Do I need a reservation for spa treatments?

Spa and beauty treatments require prior reservation. You can reserve a time more convenient for you:

  • calling by phone 371 67784405, +371 26168458
  • by writing to: beauty@hoteljurmala.com
  • in the SPA section, choosing the treatment and leaving the application. Treatments are considered booked after receiving confirmation with the specified date and time of visit.

4. Sport

4.1. How much does training cost?

One sport training in a group costs 12 EUR
A membership for 10 sports lessons in a group costs 80 EUR

4.3. How much does a visit to the gym cost?

One visit to the gym costs 10 EUR / 60 min.

5. Accommodation

5.1. How much does a room with breakfast & sauna pool access cost?

The price of accommodation depends on the selected room category, number of people (and children's age), specific date and selected offer.
It is more convenient to check accommodation prices and compare additional services included in special offers in the hotel reservation system here

5.2. Can a reservation be made using a gift card on the hotel's website?

You can make a reservation with gift cards only by contacting the hotel's reservations department by calling tel. +371 67784415, +371 29194278, or by writing to the e-mail: booking@hoteljurmala.com.

5.3. Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?

Yes. 1 pet (cat or dog) weighing no more than 10 kg is allowed per hotel room. The fee for staying with pet at the hotel is 15 euros per day. Pet-friendly rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floors of the hotel.

6. Restaurant

6.1. What are the working hours of the restaurant?

Restaurant "Jūrmala" works every day from 12.00 to 23.00 (the kitchen accepts orders until 22.00).

6.2. Do I need to reserve a table in a restaurant in advance?

If you want to be sure that you will have a guaranteed table for the desired time, we invite you to make a reservation by calling +371 26375341 or +371 67784420.

6.3. Is it possible to have breakfast in the restaurant if I am not staying at the hotel?

If you want to enjoy a delicious rich breakfast in Jurmala, you are welcome to the Hotel Jurmala SPA restaurant even if you are not a hotel guest.

Breakfast in the "Jūrmala" restaurant is served every day:

  • On working days from 7.30 to 10.00,
  • On weekends and public holidays from 7.30 to 11.00.

The price of breakfast is 14 EUR for adults and 7 EUR for children (up to 12 years inclusive).

During the summer, guests can also enjoy breakfast on the terrace of the "Jūrmala" restaurant with a wonderful view of Jomas Street.

6.4. Is it possible to have dinner in the restaurant if I am not staying at the hotel?

If you want to enjoy a delicious rich dinner in Jurmala, you are welcome to the Hotel Jurmala SPA restaurant even if you are not a hotel guest.

Dinner is served daily from 18.00 to 20.00 in the form of a buffet or according to a special dinner menu (depending on the number of guests).

The price of dinner is 30 EUR for adults and 15 EUR for children (up to 12 years inclusive).

7. Gift cards

7.1. Is it possible to buy Hotel Jūrmala SPA gift cards?

Yes, we offer to buy gift cards for accommodation, SPA, Wellness Oasis and restaurant services:
- Electronic gift cards can be purchased on the website of Hotel Jūrmala SPA, in the E-gift cards section
- Or at hotel receptions

7.2. What is the validity period of the gift card?

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the moment of purchase. Gift cards purchased as part of promotions, sales or other special campaigns (for example, during exhibitions) may have other expiration dates. Please pay attention to the validity period of the gift card before purchasing it!

7.3. Is it possible to extend the gift card?

Yes, it is possible to extend the validity period of the gift card for one month by paying a surcharge of 20% of its initial value. Only those gift cards whose validity period has not yet expired are extended.
! Gift cards that were purchased as part of promotions, sales or other special campaigns (for example, during exhibitions) do not have an extension of validity.

7.4. Can the gift card be exchanged for another gift card?

No, the gift card cannot be exchanged for another type of gift card, and the money for the gift card is non-refundable.

7.5. Is it possible to buy another gift card with the Hotel Jūrmala SPA money gift card?

No, the money gift card can only be used for Hotel Jūrmala SPA services. It is not possible to pay with it for other Hotel Jūrmala SPA gift cards.

7.6. Is it possible to make a room reservation on the hotel's website and specify a gift card as a payment method?
