Announcement about the COVID-19 pandemic

Hotel Jūrmala Spa is open since 28.04.2021 and provides services in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in connection with the restriction of COVID-19 in the country.

SPA AND BEAUTY TREATMENTS

At the moment, the hotel has access to all the spa and beauty services listed in the offer, which are provided in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the restriction of COVID-19 in the country.

SAUNAS AND POOLS CENTRE WELLNESS OASIS

The sauna and pool center, as well as the gym, are available from 17.06.2021 and may be visited by persons with:

  • COVID19 vaccination certificate certifying that the person (from 12 years of age) has completed a vaccination cycle
  • OR a COVID19 vaccination certificate confirming that the person (from 12 years of age) has been cured of Covid-19 infection
  • OR a negative Covid-19 test has been performed in the last 48 hours. 
  • Children under 11 years of age are accompanied by an adult, who has completed a vaccination cycle or can present the disease certificate or a negative Covid-19 test in the last 48 hours.

Before entering, visitors must present the relevant QR code.
Registration of visitors and involved employees (name, surname, contact information) is performed. If a visitor or employee is diagnosed with Covid-19, at the request of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control, personal data of visitors and employees involved in sports training (classes) are provided, as well as information on the date and place/space of sports training (classes).

RESTAURANT "JŪRMALA" AND SUMMER TERRACE

Services provided on the summer terrace is subject to the following conditions:
No more than four adults, excluding minor children (but not more than 10 persons in total), from no more than two households are allowed at one table;
A distance of at least two meters shall be ensured between the persons sitting at different tables if there is no partition wall between the tables.
In the restaurant services are provided for persons who have:

  • COVID19 vaccination certificate proving that the person (from 12 years of age) has completed a vaccination cycle
  • OR a COVID19 vaccination certificate confirming that the person (from 12 years of age) has been cured of Covid-19 infection
  • OR a negative Covid-19 test has been performed in the last 48 hours. 
  • Children under 11 years of age are accompanied by an adult, who has completed a vaccination cycle or can present the disease certificate or a negative Covid-19 test in the last 48 hours.

GIFT CARDS AND MEMBERSHIP PROLONGATION

All gift cards and memberships for sports classes and saunas & pools centre visits purchased before 8th November are prolonged automatically at no additional charge for the period, during which the service was not available.

SPORTS TRAININGS

Sports trainings can be attended in accordance with national security measures.

  • If you have been vaccinated. (14 days after the second vaccine Moderna, BioNTech Pfizer, 14 days after the vaccine Johnson & Johnson, 21 days after the first vaccine AstraZeneca).
  • If you have had Covid-19 (if you have had Covid-19 in the last 180 days).
  • With a Covid-19 negative test.

When attending sports, the administrator must present the certificate electronically or in printed form OR a negative test certificate electronically or in printed form + an identity document must be presented.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY IN LATVIA FROM ABROAD

The ban on non-essential travel, the requirement to take a Covid-19 test and go in self-isolation when entering Latvia has been lifted since 16 June if a person can present a Digital Covid-19 Certificate confirming the completion of vaccination or recovery from the disease.

The fact of vaccination or recovery from disease is confirmed only by an interoperable EU Certificate (electronically on a smart device or printed out) or a certificate of vaccination or recovery issued in the EU, EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation or the United Kingdom. Proof of recovery is valid for 11 to 180 days from the onset of illness. If a person does not have such a certificate, the requirements applicable to unvaccinated or non-recovered persons shall apply.

!! All persons travelling to Latvia must fill out an electronic form on the Covidpass.lv website not earlier than 48 hours before entering Latvia and provide the requested information concerning vaccination, testing, or recovery from COVID-19.
