Conditions of reservation and cancellation

• Check-in time from 15:00;
• Check-out until 12:00;

(Please note late check-out or early check-in may be requested but will be subject to availability.)

• Accommodation prices include:

Buffet breakfast in restaurant "Jūrmala";
"Wellness Oasis" saunas and pools centre and gym until 18:00 (on the departure day until 12:00). After 18:00 "Wellness Oasis" visit for hotel guests costs 5 LVL / 7 EUR per person on working days and 6 LVL / 8,5 EUR per person on weekend and holidays.

• All rooms are non-smoking. The fine for smoking in our hotel is 200 LVL / 285 EUR.
• Animals in the hotel - small pets only (cats and dogs) – generally under 10 kg. Pet Fee – 10,50 LVL / 15 EUR per pet per night.
• Rates are quoted in Latvian lats (LVL) and are subject to change without prior notice. Room rates in EUR will be converted to LVL at time of check-in at exchange rate 1 EUR= 0,7028 LVL.
• Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6pm on the arrival day.
• Reservations can be guaranteed with deposit payment, credit card details or companies agreement.
• Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled without any charge 72 hours before the arrival day. Hotel will not return Your deposit in case of a no-show or a failed cancellation.
• For no-show or failed cancellation reservations, that are guaranteed with credit card, the hotel has the right to demand penalty, which is equal to room rate for first night.
