Five different saunas:

Finnish Sauna 110⁰C with jadeite stones

Classical hot sauna with low moisture level. Reduces muscle tension followed by complete relaxation

Increased excretion of sweat caused by high temperature ensure discharge of harmful substances from organism. The Finnish sauna also stimulates the immune system which is weakened by different diseases.
Advantages of the Finnish sauna:

The jadeite stones are used for sauna stove. Scientific experiments proves, that a natural energy of the jadeite stones have positive influence on human body, which helps to:

Sanarium (Aromatic Sauna)

In this sauna of 60⁰C with the pleasant herbal aroma you will feel as if you werein a forest

The aroma mainly influences air flows, thus relaxing the smooth muscles of bronchia and improving the delivery of oxygen throughout the organism. Complete feeling of relaxation ensues very soon. You will not need to wait long till your muscles and joints feel relaxed

Steam Sauna (Roman Sauna)

This sauna has the highest relative degree of steam moisture - almost 100%

Skin obtains healthy colour, mat shine and becomes like velvet. Velvety steam embraces the body and gently heats it in the temperature of 47⁰C gradually relaxing all the muscles being under tension, restores liveliness and the ability to work.
Sauna is not recommended if you suffer from:

infectious diseases
serious heart diseases
acute thrombophlebitis
rheumatism in exacerbation period
tumour with metastasis
acute psychoses
labile diabetes

Salty Sauna

Salty sauna of 48⁰C which has perfect effect on skin

Salt, which settle on skin, ensures natural purification and antibacterial protection for the whole body. Drift on the skin, with massage movements, the element of salt. Leave it for 5-7 minutes, than wash away the remains of salt in the shower.
