Our spacious gym is equipped with up-to-date Oemmebi and Tehnogym weight machines and cardio exercisers. Up-to-date equipment of the gym will provide effective training for everyone.
We also offer individual activities and individual sports programme presentation accompanied by a professional coach.
Gym attendance is included in the price for attendance of sauna and swimming pool centre.

MIX Water aerobics
The training consists of warming up, the main part and stretching exercises at the end
If there is a desire to enjoy new sensations, it is time to indulge in water aerobics. Water has a lot of good properties. Yet, the main one is that the water resistance decreases the force of gravity; therefore, movements in the water are effortless and cushioned. This is the reason why water aerobics is suitable not only to athletes but also to those affected by some health problem.
Water training, in contrast to aerobics in the sports hall, is not prohibited to people with support or movement problems. It is recommended, if excess weight is a problem. Water considerably reduces the load on the backbone and joints.
Furthermore, water aerobics is not a type of fitness meant only for ladies – the effect achieved from aerobics attracts the attention of the opposite sex as well.
Water aerobics is also appropriate for people, who cannot swim. In this case, exercising in water helps to gradually get used to it and, eventually, creates a desire to learn to float.
When exercising in the water, all groups of muscles are given a workout, the heart and circulatory system become stronger, endurance and strength are conditioned, flexibility is obtained, coordination and the sense of balance are developed. During the training, additional inventory is used: gloves, dumbbells, long elastic bars, and boards
