Our spacious gym in Hotel Jurmala Spa is equipped with up-to-date Oemmebi and Tehnogym weight machines and cardio exercisers. Up-to-date equipment of the gym will provide effective training for everyone.
We also offer individual activities and individual sports programme presentation accompanied by a professional coach.

Stretching has a relaxing effect on the muscles and relieves pain caused by stress and tension of the nervous system, slows the aging process

PiYo

Pilates with yoga elements. PiYo focuses on breathing, relaxation and positive emotions. This set of exercises will allow achieving quick results on the way to a slim figure, good health and good mood.

Pilates-therapy

Safe Pilates rehabilitation program. On the basis of physiotherapy exercises and Pilates principles of the system replaces the therapeutic exercise. This training is for people with movement disorders, back pain, as well as after injuries and operations. Pilates-therapy improves musculoskeletal condition improves correct posture, prevents headaches, back pain, neck and improves overall health.

Healthy back

Training for all ages and for people who have a sedentary lifestyle. Healthy back is effective exercise program that develops and improves posture, strengthens muscles and stabilize the spine. As well as reducing tension, restriction of movement and improves overall health.

Callanetics

System of exercise involving frequent repetition of small muscular movements and squeezes, designed to improve muscle tone. Movements are small but precise, which is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Pilates

is a physical fitness system based healthy breathing as a primary focus. Posture, balance, and core strength are all heartily increased. Bone density and joint health improve, and many experience positive body awareness for the first time. Men's training helps relax muscles, eliminate pain in the spine, mproves the physical form and effective muscle training in the gym.

Stretching

Stretching has a relaxing effect on muscles and relieves the pain caused by stress and tension of the Nervous system, slows the aging body process.

ABS+ABL

(abdominal buttocks legs) Training includes strength exercises at the press, legs and back.

 

Water aerobics

A very special aerobic exercise preformance in fairly shallow water, allowing simultaneous involvement of all the body muscles. This particular aerobics type is considered as the most effective way towards the body slendering and cellulite minimising.
