Dietary menu

All courses in the menu are prepared using only natural spices and garnishes. Courses are free of fat and preservatives. We have followed up all basic principles to keep vitamins and quality of the products.

 

1st day

  • Celery salad with juicy apple balls, Rucola and Radichio lettuce, covered with light soy - lemon dressing
  • Rabbit shin meat stewed with celery, carrots, lacto sauce and herbs, served with tomato – zucchini layers

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Liquid breakfasts” (banana; apple; honey)

2nd day

  • Cherry tomato and Mozzarella cheese balls with Rucola lettuce and shrimps wrapped in chicken fillet
  • Flounder fillet medallions with goat cheese and spinach filling, served with vegetable risotto and Feta cheese sauce

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Chakra rock” (apple; carrot; pear; celery; orange; ginger; garlic)

3rd day

  • Carrot and celery cream soup with steamed cherry tomato dumplings
  • Frog legs steamed in white wine with paprica sauce, served with steamed pod beans and Brussels cabbages

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Health cure” (beet; apple; lime)

4th day

  • Apple – grape salad with white radish, blue cheese and light soy sauce
  • Steamed Tilapia fillet with ginger, served with vegetables, lightly fried in olive oil, and basil sauce

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Green machine” (kiwi; apple; pear; lime; cucumber; celery)

5th day

  • Bouillon soup with Latvian vegetables, pike-perch meat balls and fresh herbs
  • Turkey meat filled with plums and celery, served with crowberry sauce and red cabbages steamed in black currant liquer

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Something about orange” (orange; apple; carrot; celery; ginger)

6th day

  • Tomato – onion soup with steamed shrimps and fresh basil
  • Steamed halibut pieces with natural spices, served with rise paste, boiled asparagus and carrots and spinach sauce

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Something about grapefruit” (grapefruit; apple; carrot; celery)

7th day

  • Quail egg omelette and spinach salad with vegetables, yoghurt sauce and Frisee lettuce
  • Fennel fried in white wine with tomatoes and royal olives, served with herbs and garlic butter

Lunch

  • Fresh squiezed juice cocktail „Spicy beet” (beet; carrot; apple; orange; celery; ginger)
