Conditions of payment and annulment
- Check-in time from 3pm until 6pm;
- Check-out until 12pm;
(Please note late check-out or early check-in may be requested but will be subject to availability)
- Accommodation prices include:
Buffet breakfast in restaurant "Jūrmala";"Wellness Oasis" saunas and pools centre and gym until 6pm (on the departure day until 12pm). After 4pm "Wellness Oasis" visit costs 10 LVL / 14 EUR per person in working days and 12 LVL / 17 EUR per person Saturdays - Sundays.
- All rooms are non-smoking. The fine for smoking in our hotel is 200 LVL / 285 EUR
- Animals in the hotel - small pets only (cats and dogs) – generally under 10 kg. Pet Fee – 15 EUR (10,50 LVL) per pet per night
- Rates are quoted in Latvian LVL and are subject to change without prior notice. Room rates in EUR will be converted to LVL at time of check-in at exchange rate 1 = 0.7028
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6pm on the arrival day
- Reservations can be guaranteed with deposit payment, credit card details or companies agreement
- Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled without any charge 72 hours before the arrival day. Hotel Jurmala Spa & Conference Centre will not return Your deposit in case of a no-show or a failed cancellation.
- If for any reason Your decide to interrupt Your stay, no reimbursement will be made
- For no-show or failed cancellation reservations, that are guaranteed with credit card, the hotel has the right to demand penalty, which is equal to room rate for first night;
